I’m Jennifer Cooper, Chief Compliance Officer for McDonnell & Associates, P.A. and the attorney behind Mind Your Business - our brand dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners start strong, stay protected, and grow with confidence.
I focus on making business law simple and practical. Whether it’s forming a company, drafting contracts, or keeping your operations compliant, my goal is to make sure you understand every step - no unnecessary jargon, just clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, I’m married and mom to an amazing daughter and two doodles, Kingston and Scout. When I’m not helping clients mind their business, you’ll probably find me chasing my dogs, relaxing with my family, or enjoying time on the water with friends.
